Broker - Doo Prime Appoints Masud Unnoby as Business Development Manager

Doo Prime, the offshore CFDs brokerage arm of global broker Doo Group, has announced the appointment of Masud Unnoby as its new Business Development Manager. Based in Dubai, Mr. Unnoby joins Doo Prime from AssetsFX, where he served as Regional Head Asia.

Institutional - Saxo Bank Executive Anaam Raza Departs for Boston Consulting Group

Anaam Raza, a long-serving executive at Saxo Bank, has left the Retail FX and CFDs broker to join Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Editorial Strategy Director in BCG's London office.

Raza spent four years at Saxo Bank, holding the position of Head of Marketing and PR at Saxo UK. In that role, she was responsible for defining the UK marketing strategy and overseeing all digital and offline marketing activities for Saxo UK. Her departure follows the pending sale of Saxo Bank to J. Safra Sarasin Group, the Swiss private banking arm of Safra Group, a deal that is awaiting regulatory approval.

PayTech - Corpay Appoints Peter Walker as Chief Financial Officer

Corpay, a global business payments company, has announced the appointment of Peter Walker as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 21, 2025.

Peter Walker most recently served as the CFO at Instructure Holdings, Inc., where he notably led the company's privatization through its sale to KKR. Prior to his tenure at Instructure, he held CFO positions at Sterling Check Corp and Jackson Hewitt. His career also includes over 17 years at Assurant, where he worked in finance, accounting, and strategy roles, culminating as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Walker began his career at Ernest & Young, is a certified public accountant, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Miami University, along with an MBA from New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Fintech - Tools for Brokers Appoints Spartak Vyucheiskii as Head of Cyprus Office

Global fintech Tools for Brokers has announced the appointment of Spartak Vyucheiskii as the new Head of its Cyprus office. Mr. Vyucheiskii brings a decade of experience within the fintech sector, having advanced through various roles at Tools for Brokers.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Vyucheiskii has led several strategic initiatives across core technical and operational areas, contributing to the company's infrastructure and client value delivery. Most recently, as Head of Integrations, he scaled the department and spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing how Tools for Brokers' products interface with client systems and partner technologies, which the company states led to greater flexibility and operational efficiency.

LSEG Appoints Nick Rustad as New Group Head of LCH SwapClear and Listed Rates​

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) announced on June 12, 2025, that Nick Rustad has joined the company as the new Group Head of LCH SwapClear and Listed Rates. In this role, Mr. Rustad will be responsible for driving performance and growth, as well as ensuring the continued resilience of the SwapClear and Listed Rates clearing services. He will report directly to Susi de Verdelon, CEO of LCH Limited, and join her leadership team.

Nick Rustad brings 25 years of experience in financial services to his new position. He most recently served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Taula Capital Management. Prior to this, he spent over two decades at JPMorgan, where he led the Global Futures and Derivatives Clearing business.
