Broker - GTN Appoints Simon Bolvig Mark to Strengthen Client Focus
Dubai-based institutional broker GTN has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Simon Bolvig Mark as Customer Success Manager. Mark, who will be based in Sweden, brings over a decade of experience in financial technology and brokerage services.
He joins GTN from Alpaca, an API-focused brokerage platform, where he spent the past two years developing client engagement strategies. Before that, he dedicated seven years to TradeSocio, a provider of broker platforms and software solutions, eventually serving as Chief Customer Officer. His industry career began in 2012 at Spotware Systems, where he was part of the international sales and business development team supporting the cTrader trading platform.
Broker - STARTRADER Adds Industry Veteran as Head of Partnerships
Retail FX and CFDs broker STARTRADER has appointed Daniel Petro as its new Head of Partnerships, expanding its leadership team as part of a wider recruitment drive.
Petro, who will be based in Dubai, joins from Markets.com, where he served as Head of Global Sales. His career also includes senior positions at MultiBank, where he was Head of Institutional Sales, as well as FXBFI and Rodeler Limited, operator of the 24option brand.
Broker - Traze CEO Erkin Kamran Steps Down After Two-Year Tenure
Dubai-based CFDs broker Traze has announced the departure of its chief executive officer, Erkin Kamran, who confirmed his decision in a personal social media post. Kamran, who also served as CTO and CPO of parent company Zeal Group, had been with the firm for the past two years.
During his tenure, Kamran oversaw key milestones for the company, including Traze Securities LLC obtaining a full Category One License from the UAE's Securities and Commodities Authority earlier this year. The approval positioned Traze as a top-tier regulated broker in the UAE, a point Kamran highlighted in his farewell message.
