Broker - RoboMarkets Appoints Denis Kiselev as Head of Product for StocksTrader Platform
Retail FX and CFDs broker RoboMarkets has announced the hiring of Cyprus-based executive Denis Kiselev as Head of Product for StocksTrader last week, the firm's proprietary trading platform for the stock market.
Denis Kiselev joins RoboMarkets from Spotware Systems, where he most recently served as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and led a team responsible for the cTrader multi-asset trading platform. Prior to Spotware, he was CPO at payments solutions provider ArmenoTech and held senior product and technology roles at Exinity/FXTM (2014-2022) and Alpari (2010-2014). Mr. Kiselev also previously managed his own startup focused on cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
Broker - CFI Financial Group Announces Leadership Transition
CFI Financial Group has announced significant changes to its management C-Suite, effective June 24, 2025, including the appointment of Ziad Melhem as the new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This leadership evolution marks a milestone for the group as it continues its global growth.
In conjunction with this change, co-founders Hisham Mansour and Eduardo Fakhoury will transition from their roles as Managing Directors to become Chairman and Vice Chairman of CFI Financial Group, respectively. As Board members, they will continue to guide the group's strategic direction, long-term vision, and corporate governance. Additionally, Stelios Thrasyvoulou, previously Chief Technology and Information Officer, will assume the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer, continuing to lead the development of CFI's technology and product offerings.
Fintech - Revolut Appoints CEO for New Western Europe HQ in Paris
Revolut has appointed Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier as the Chief Executive Officer of its newly established Western Europe headquarters in Paris. This appointment signals the fintech firm's intention to strengthen its presence in the region and pursue a full banking license in France.
Cossa-Dumurgier's background includes senior roles at BNP Paribas, McKinsey, and the French Ministry of Finance. She also served as COO at BlaBlaCar and digital music firm Believe, and was most recently a board member at Société Générale. She continues to serve on the board of Peugeot Invest.
Blockchain - Flipside Appoints Natallia Hunik as Chief Revenue Officer
Flipside, a blockchain data company, has appointed experienced Boston-based fintech executive Natallia Hunik as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Hunik brings a significant background from the FX and CFDs industry, where she previously served as CRO and Head of Sales for Advanced Markets. More recently, she was the CRO for CubeLogic, a risk management and compliance solutions provider.
