ExeQution Analytics Launches Customized Trading Analytics Solution for Buy- and Sell-Side Firms

ExeQution Analytics, a trading analytics specialist based in Sydney, Australia, has announced its launch with the aim of providing rapidly deployed, customized solutions for both buy- and sell-side firms, filling a gap in the analytics market.
ExeQution Analytics CEO Cat Turley, who has 20 years' experience of working with leading global investment banks and some of the world's largest asset managers, said the company was established to help institutions leverage data and customized analytics solution to make better trading decisions. Turley believes that "every firm is unique in their flow and strategies, and off-the-shelf analytics simply can't explain the underlying drivers of performance."
She further explained that customized solution will help buy-side firms reduce implicit costs and improved ability to evaluate brokers and algo wheels. For the sell side, it will help them better understand and improve trading strategies to deliver better performance to their customers.
Turley added: "The volume of data and complexity of trading has grown exponentially in the past ten years, yet innovation in trading analytics has not kept pace. As trading shifts towards more dynamic, learning-based models, understanding the incremental value of trader decisions, strategy behaviour and model outputs becomes increasingly critical. 80% of trading costs are implicit, and these costs can be dramatically reduced by proper analysis of trading patterns."
ExeQution Analytics, with its offices in Sydney and Hong Kong, integrates the ExeQution Analytics Framework with client data to develop tailored analytics, visualizations, and reports, providing valuable insights of trading performance to traders, quantitative analysts, ITs, and other relevant staff.
