Exness, IC Markets, FXCM and Other Four Companies Are Hiring Now

For around the past week, another bunch of companies have unveiled their job cuts plans consecutively to reduce costs as the darkening economic backdrop continued to throw a slew of knotted challenges. These firms are mainly in the finance, crypto, investment banking, asset management and tech segments.

Bank of America is planning to downsize its investment bank, with around 200 bankers globally to be affected. Betterment, an American financial advisory company which provides digital investment and cash management services, has let go 28 staffers.

Meta has delayed finalising multiple teams' budgets as the tech giant considers a new round of cull. Another tech firm eBay is slashing around 500 jobs, 4% of its workforce. Besides, Magic Eden, the leading NFT Marketplace on Solana, has fired 22 employees as part of a company-wide restructuring effort.

Despite layoffs, Fazzaco recently found that multiple financial firms, brokerages in particular, are strengthening their business development and tech teams with new hires. Let's look at what jobs they're offering and what are the responsibilities.

1. Exness - Customer Support Executive, Thai

Exness Group, a global multi-asset broker, is looking for Customer Support Executive, Thai, with remits of providing support and issue resolution to the firm’s clients by ensuring excellent service is provided across all types of communications to its existing clients in the region.

2. IC Markets - Senior .Net Developer

IC Markets is a market-leading online trading provider, is hiring a Senior .Net Developer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus office, with responsibilities including assisting in the design of software to meet both functional and technical requirements, developing and implementing new software applications, maintaining and improving the functionality and performance of existing software, etc.

The ideal candidate is required to has minimum 3 - 5 years hands-on coding experience with C#, .NET technologies, Node.js/Express.js and EJS templating engine, minimum 2 - 3 years experience with database technologies, SQL, Stored Procedures, and extensive experience in Object-Oriented Programming.

3. FXCM - Business Development Representative with Portuguese

Global Forex and CFD broker FXCM is looking for Business Development Representative with Portuguese, working with and in support of the Sales Team providing high quality general sales administration duties. 

This is an entry-level role based in Berlin providing an opportunity for a recent graduate or undergraduate to gain excellent experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills and can speak fluently, persuasively and clearly in both English and Portuguese.

4. Tickmill - German Speaking Business Development Officer

Tickmill, a multi-regulated Forex and CFD provider, is looking to hire a German Speaking Business Development Officer to join its Business Development team and handle the German market clients. At least 3 years of previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar position is required.

Major responsibilities include building business for German speaking countries and performing administrative and development functions to start up and manage business, handling phone calls, e-mails, live customer chat while assisting the marketing department to adapt global marketing strategies to local market, etc.

5. Capital.com - Back Office Officer - KYC Analyst

Capital.com, a leading trading platform, is seeking seeking an individual to join the Back Office team assisting in the onboarding/KYC process for new and existing customers and performing daily operational transactions.

The ideal candidate is required to have professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a must.

6. Nuvei - Sales Support Specialist

Nuvei, the Canadian fintech company, is hiring Sales Support Specialist, who will communicate directly with clients, and work closely with the company’s internal Sales, Relationship Management, Product and Technical teams to ensure a seamless experience with Nuvei. This is a Hybrid role in Scottsdale, Arizona.
