Exness, IG Group, NAGA and Other Four Companies Are Hiring Now

The unemployment rate across the globe is expected to keep rising. The November Kenyan Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) indicates that, as a result of weaker output and reduced workloads, more people lost their jobs in the month of November.

This week, Wells Fargo unveiled nearly $1 billion severance expenses in fourth quarter, as the bank plans to make worker layoffs in 2024 to continue to focus on efficiency. The number of employees affected, however, is not disclosed. Another banking giant State Street would dismiss 1,500 employees.

In the fintech sector, software provider Twilio is set to trim around 5% of its headcount, which is part of a broader plan to streamline the company’s offerings. Silicon Valley payment management company Bill will lay off 15%, about 400 employees. It will also wind down its office in Sydney, Australia, as part of a broader restructuring. Moreover, Indian BNPL fintech ZestMoney disclosed its decision to completely shut down, following efforts to find a buyer or raise additional capital proved unsuccessful.

Given the state of the broader economy, the current employment environment is far from ideal. 1. IG Group - Project Manager (Chinese)
