Exness Posts 7% Uptick in FX Volume in February
Exness, an international Forex and CFDs broker, has published its trading volumes as well as the number of active traders on the platform for the month of February, revealing a month on month rise.
The total trading volumes in February stood at $670.8 billion compared to January's $626.4 billion, a month-on-month rise of 7 percent. Last month, the broker recorded a total number of 178,175 active clients on the platform compared to the previous month's 164,862, meaning there was a month-on-month jump of 8 percent.
In February, almost exactly a year after it pulled out of the UK and European retail market, Exness launched its South African operations with great fanfare after it obtained the South African FSCA licence. The broker hired eFX Veteran Damian Bunce as its Chief Trading Officer in the same month.
