FactSet Hires Linda S. Huber as Chief Financial Officer

FactSet, a US-based financial data and software company, yesterday announced its appointment of Linda S. Huber as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 2021.
In her new role, Huber will be responsible for leading FactSet’s global finance organization as well as overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, corporate development, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, and investor and media relations. She will report to Phil Snow, FactSet’s CEO.

Huber brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years as a public company CFO. Huber will join FactSet from MSCI Inc., a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community. Before this role, Moody’s Corporation utilised her services as Executive Vice President and CFO from May 2005 to June 2018.
Earlier in her career, Huber held various senior roles in different companies including U.S. Trust Company, Freeman & Co., PepsiCo., Bankers Trust Co., and The First Boston Corp.
As Fazzaco reported earlier, FactSet has acquired Cabot Investment Technology Inc. to better support the workflows and decision-making of future and existing institutional asset management and asset owner clients.
