1. Brazilian Crypto Asset Manager Hashdex Granted Approval to List ETPs in the EU
Hashdex, a Brazilian crypto asset manager, has been approved to list exchange-traded products (ETP) in the European Union, the company announced Tuesday.
Hashdex is already working with European service providers − including exchanges − to list ETPs in different countries of the European Union, the company said in the statement. "We hope to move forward to be the main European issuer of cryptocurrency products, always promoting innovative and diversified strategies," said Bruno Sousa, the company's head of new markets.
2. Jens Chrzanowski to Join XTB as Country Director, Germany from Admirals
Fazzaco learned that Jens Chrzanowski has decided to join XTB, a leading FX & CFD broker based in Poland, as Country Director, Germany, with effect from September 1.
Jens Joined XTB from Admirals (formerly known as Admiral Markets), a global retail FX and CFDs broker, where he has spent for more than eleven years. During his time at Admirals, he was Regional Director Germany, Austria, Swiss, Netherlands initially, then in 2017 was added to the Group Management Board.
3. ACY Securities Promotes Alla Darwish to Managing Director, MENA

Tawfiq Mashaqi posted today that he has been named by STARTRADER, one of the world's fastest-growing broker, as Head of Sales, MENA.
Based on his LinkedIn profile, Tawfiq has taken on this new role since this July, with remits of leading the retail Forex and CFD sales department for the brokerage company. Most recently, he was Senior Relationship Manager at XTB, a leading FX & CFD broker based in Poland.
5. eToro Money Now Available in Slovenia and Slovakia
eToro, a leading social trading provider, has launched eToro Money in Slovenia and Slovakia, which follows the expansion of the service in other European countries, including Austria, UK, France, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Ireland, Romania, Cyprus, Italy and Spain.
eToro Money is an account and app (formerly known as "eToro Wallet") that connect with eToro investment account, offering free and instant deposits. Users will be free from conversion fees when funding their eToro investment account.
6. Admirals Sees Strong Uptick in H1 Revenue and Net Profit
Fazzaco learned that Admirals (formerly known as Admiral Markets), a global retail FX and CFDs broker, has released its interim financial statements for the half year ended 30 June 2022.
The broker reported revenues of €43 million and net profit of €24 million for the half year ended June 2022, as compared to €18.4 million and €1.8 million respectively in the same period last year.
7. Waleed Salah Leaves OxSecurities for Assetsfx as Head Of Sales, MENA
Waleed Salah, a seasoned Head Of Sales, focusing on MENA region, has joined Assetsfx, an Forex trading provider.
Waleed has held this position in multiple firms, including most recently OxSecurities, an ASIC regulated brokerage, and Valutrades, a FCA regulated broker.
