1. Exclusive: INFINOX Appoints Joshua Vincent as Head of Training and Education, Nigeria

Fazzaco learned that INFINOX, a London-based Forex and CFD broker, has announced the appointment of Joshua Vincent as its Head of Training and Education. In his new position, Vincent will be based in Nigeria.

​As seen on his Linkedin profile, Vincent joins INFINOX from Kay-George Ventures, where he spent over six year as the company's Head of Operations. Prior to that, he had a three-month stint at Engage Messaging and four-month at Space in Africa as Sales.

2. Exness Regional Director for MENA Mohamad K. Ibrahim Leaves

Fazzaco learned that Mohamad K. Ibrahim, Regional Director for Middle East and North Africa (MENA ) of Exness, an international multi-asset retail broker, has decided to end his tenure.

Mohamad is a financial veteran with a demonstrated experience in the industry. Between May 2021 and May 2014, he has served the global Forex and CFD broker FXCM as Business Development Manager. Besides, he has spent more than three years at ICM.com, a UK-based global multi-regulated brokerage firm, as Director.

3. Exclusive: Pepperstone Appoints Mark Al Haddad as Regional Lead Manager

Fazzaco learned that Pepperstone, a multi-regulated forex and CFDs broker, has appointed Mark Al Haddad as its Regional Lead Manager.

Haddad is an experienced Sales Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial markets industry for 11 years. Prior to joining Pepperstone, he served SquaredFinancial, fintech brokerage headquartered in Europe, in three roles.

4. Andreas Skianis Joins IC Markets as Head of Partners

Fazzaco learned that IC Markets, an Australian-based online retail forex and contract for difference (CFD) broker, has appointed Andreas Skianis as its Head of Partners.

Skianis has extensive experience of business development in the trading industry. As seen on his Linkedin profile, Skianis joins IC Markets from IronFX, a cyprus-based online trading brokerage where he served as the Head Of Business Development, Asia and Africa.  

5. Brokeree Solutions Releases New Cross-Server Social Trading Platform

An Estonia-based technology provider for multi-asset brokers, Brokeree Solutions has introduced a new version of its flagship Social Trading – a solution that enables brokers to launch copy trading services on their MetaTrader platforms.

The crucial part of this upgrade is the implementation of cross-server functionality. Unlike most existing copy trading systems, Brokeree's Social Trading connects several MetaTrader servers and supports signal sharing across them. In practice, the feature provides brokers with the tools to centralize traders into a single investment pool and allow them to subscribe, invest and attract new followers between MT4 / MT5 servers without any technological limitations.

6. Currencycloud Granted AFS License by ASIC

Currencycloud, a provider of B2B embedded cross-border solutions, announced that it was granted an Australian Financial Services (AFS) license by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

The granting of the AFS license follows the appointment of Nick Briscoe as Country Manager for Australia in January this year which gives Currencycloud the ability to build its team and ramp up customer support in-country.

7. CMC Markets Publishes Full-Year 2022 Financial Results​

CMC Markets Plc, a leading global provider of online trading and institutional platform technology, has reported financial results for the year ended 31 March 2022.

Highlights

Net operating income of £282 million is at the top end of guidance and a record performance outside of the pandemic restrictions.
