1. SEBA Bank Lists Digital Asset ETPs at Euronext

SEBA Bank, a fully integrated, FINMA licensed digital asset banking platform, yesterday announced the listing of their digital asset based Exchange Traded Products ("ETPs") at Euronext, a leading pan-European market infrastructure company, connecting European economies to global capital markets.

2. BUX Secures Jean-Raphael Nahas as Managing Director of Its Cyprus CFD Operations

BUX, Europe's fastest growing neobroker, has announced the appointment of Jean-Raphael Nahas as new Managing Director of its Cyprus CFD operations. This follows the hiring of veteran online brokerage executive, Salim Sebbata, as CEO, BUX CFD, in the summer of 2021.

3. RTGS.global Partners with Temenos Exchange to Offer Instant Cross Border Settlement

RTGS.global, which is building a Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) for the digital age to solve friction in cross-border settlements, announced that it has joined Temenos Exchange, the open marketplace for fintech solutions.

As a result of the new relationship, Temenos banking customers will have easy access to the RTGS.global Liquidity Settlement System, which makes real-time, inter-bank settlement of wholesale FX possible on a PvP basis, in both developed and emerging market currencies.

4. Ahmad Yousef Promoted as Senior Product Development Manager at Equiti Group

Fazzaco learned that Equiti Group, a world class provider of online trading technology and multi-asset financial products, has promoted Ahmad Yousef as its Senior Product Development Manager.

Yousef brings extensive experience in eCommerce and demonstrated history of working in the tech, airlines, retail and financial industries to the new position. As seen on his LinkedIn profile, he joined Equiti Group in 2020, as the company's Product Manager.

5. Insigneo Names Mirko Joldzic as New Head of Investment Products

Insigneo, the Miami-based Independent Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory firm, has appointed a new Head of Investment Products, Mirko Joldzic, who joined the firm yesterday, based in the firm's Miami Headquarter reporting to Javier Rivero, Insigneo's president & COO.

Mr. Joldzic will be responsible for leading the investment product team and setting the strategic direction of the Asset Management product range, including the development of new products, banking/lending opportunities and collaborating across the organization to identify opportunities and enhancements that will competitively differentiate Insigneo's product offering. He also will be supporting the development of new business opportunities and contributing to Insigneo's recent expansion in Latin America and throughout the United States.

6. Brokerage Firms in South Korea Witness 54.2% Increase in 2021 Net Profit

Brokerage firms in South Korea saw their net profit grow sharply last year thanks to increased transactions fees, data showed Monday.

According to the data from the Financial Supervisory Service, 58 brokerage firms reported 9.09 trillion won ($7.5 billion) in their combined net profit last year, up 54.2 percent from a year earlier.

7. CySEC Revokes ICF Membership of London Capital Group (Cyprus) Ltd and Other Two Entities​

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ('CySEC') wishes to inform the public that, the Investors Compensation Fund ('the ICF'), pursuant to paragraph 6 of Directive DI87-07 for the Operation of the Investors Compensation Fund ('the Directive'), has withdrawn the ICF membership of the following members: Daweda Exchange Ltd, London Capital Group (Cyprus) Ltd, and Felicitas Management Investment Services Ltd.
