FCA Confirms Administrators Appointed for Concept Capital Group

According to the regulator, the High Court placed CCG into administration on 9 March 2026. Professional services firm BTG has been appointed to act as the company's administrators.

The development follows legal action launched by the FCA in July 2025, when the regulator initiated High Court proceedings against CCG and several other individuals over an alleged unauthorised investment scheme. At that time, the court also issued an order temporarily freezing CCG's assets.

The FCA alleged that CCG had promoted investment opportunities linked to static homes, which the company said would be rented to social housing tenants placed by local councils. Investors were reportedly promised fixed returns and told the scheme was supported by the UK government. The FCA has stated that it considers these claims to be false or misleading.

While the administration process was not initiated by the FCA, the regulator said the move has temporarily paused its High Court proceedings against CCG. The appointed administrators will now take control of the company and handle claims from investors as part of the administration process.

The FCA said it will support the administrators where necessary and maintain communication with them throughout the process.

Meanwhile, the regulator's legal action continues against several other defendants, including Ian Anthony Elliott, Adrian Felix, Ayub Swaibu, Edmund Brew, Ernest Kargbo—also known as Ernest Moore—Raymondip Bedi, also known as Martin Swann, and Gateridge Consulting Limited.
