FCA Revokes Bans on Colin Bermingham, Philippe Moryoussef, Jonathan Mathew and Christian Bittar

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has revoked the bans of Colin Bermingham, Philippe Moryoussef, Jonathan Mathew and Christian Bittar, following the overturning of their convictions by the Court of Appeal.
The FCA said it reviewed its regulatory action against the individuals because their convictions formed the basis for its decisions. As a result, the regulator removed the associated Final Notices from its channels and will take no further action against them in relation to this matter.
This follows the FCA’s decision last year to discontinue proceedings against Tom Hayes and revoke Carlo Palombo’s ban after the Supreme Court quashed their criminal convictions.
