Besides, CotextMarkets, which claims to provide more than 70 products from forex, commodities, indices, metals, cryptocurrencies and more on its trading platforms, based on the information offered on its website (www.cotextmarkets.com), is not registered with the UK regulator and it’s a clone firm of FCA - authorised firm Henyep Capital Markets (UK) Limited.

And PearlFX is a clone of FCA - regulated company Black Pearl Securities Limited, purporting to be located in Klarabergsviadukten 70, Stockholm, SWEDEN, 111 64, and Presnenskaya nba 10, Moscow, RUSSIA, 123317, and operating under the website of www.pearlfx.net, with the e-mail of support@pearlfx.net.

Furthermore, E-Bango Card, a clone firm of legitimate company Blackthorn Finance Ltd, alleges on its website (https://www.e-bangocard.com/) that it is authorised by the FCA, and acts as a payment institution, offering clients 25 currencies that clients can instantly convert from the ease of their mobile app.

The UK regulator warns investors to be wary of these copycat firms, and exercise utmost caution when dealing with them.
