FCA Warns Against Coolbaugh Securities and Others

​The United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) today issued warnings against eight companies that are soliciting customers in the UK jurisdiction without any licenses or are clones of authorized platforms.

The companies include Coolbaugh Securities LLC, Montgrand Wealth Management, Morgan-Kingston International Consultancy LLC, Sovereign Resources, Best Overseas Property Investments, Fast Loan UK / Fast Finance UK LTD, Best Bond Finder, Search Investment Guides.
