FCA Warns against Pictet and Other 3 Companies

The United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued warnings against 4 companies that are soliciting customers in the UK jurisdiction without any licenses or are clones of authorized platforms.

The companies include Pictet, Compare Protected Rates, Clifford Carter, and Bondrateinvestments.com.

According to the regulator, the companies are using or giving out the following details:

The FCA warns that all firms and individuals carrying out financial services activities in the UK have to be authorized or registered by them.
