Finalto Announces Appointment of Two New Executives

Finalto Trading Limited​, part of Playtech’s financial services division, Finalto group, has recently announced the appointment of two new executives, with Jeremy Samuel Schlachter as a Finance Director and Ron Hoffman as the Director.

​Schlachter joined Playtech as Assistant Controller in 2008 and was promoted to Controller after less than two years. Beginning at 2013, Schlachter took the lead of the finance department as Head of Finance. Before this appointment, he was Vice President of Finance at Playtech.

Prior to joining Playtech, Schlachter has worked as CPA at BDO Israel and as Sales and Customer Relation Representative at DavidShield for two years respectively.

Hoffman has been with Playtech for more than two decades, with his most recent role as CEO of TradeTech Group. During his tenure at Playtech, he has also worked as CFO of Sciplay, VP of Finance and Chief Finance Officer.

Last month, Fazzaco reported that Playtech proposed to sell Finalto for up to US$210 million. The financial services division of the gambling software giant registered a revenue of €121.9 million​ in 2020, up by 80% compared to 2019.
