Finalto CEO Ron Hoffman Departs After Seven Years, Matthew Maloney Succeeds

Fazzaco learned that Ron Hoffman has ended his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer at Finalto (former TradeTech Group), a leading institutional trading services firm, after spending over seven years withe the company.

Matthew Maloney, who has been the CEO of Finalto Financial Services and Finalto Trading since February 2021, will take over from Hoffman as the new Group CEO. In addition, Finalto's Chief Operating Officer Liron Greenbaum also departed the company.
Hoffman became Finalto CEO in 2015 from Playtech, the parent company of Finalto that has sold the financial division to Gopher last year. Hoffman served Playtech in three role. Initially, he started as the CFO of Sciplay. Next, he progressed to Playtech's Vice President (VP) of Finance in 2004. Finally, he reached the position of the Chief Financial Officer.
Finalto's turnover slipped to $49. 01 million in 2021, decreased by 45.8% compared with 2020's $90.56 million. Profits fell from $7.05 million in 2020 to $0.33 million in 2021. As for Finalto Trading, the company reported a turnover of $27,066,012, 58.3% lower than the prior year's $65,006,316. When it comes to Finalto Financial Services, the company's turnover for 2021 was £19,539,781, compared with 2020's £22,755,669.
