Finalto Receives Singapore FinTech Association's Certification

Finalto, a financial trading services firm, has announced that its Finalto Asia has received certification from the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) as a capital markets provider. The certification is accredited by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Finalto Asia obtained the certification in June 2022 and is one of the few global fintech providers to obtain this certification.

The SFA certification focuses on Finalto's 360 offering. As the company stated: "(Finalto's 360 offering) is the all-in-one trading, client relations and back-office system for brokers and financial institutions that covers all your operational needs." 

"Receiving the certification from the SFA is recognition of Finalto's technology offering and commitment in becoming – and being recognised as – Singapore and the Asia region's best technology offering to the financial industry," said Alex MacKinnon, CEO at Finalto Asia. 

"As a member of the Singapore Fintech Association, Finalto Asia is looking forward to participating and collaborating with other domestic members of the SFA and its global network of 860+ Fintech Companies in more than 40 countries."

Finalto​ was once part of Playtech, a leading gambling software development company. In December 2021, Playtech approved the sale of Finalto to Hong Kong-based Gopher Investments for $250 million. The deal received regulatory approval in June​.
