Finalto Sees Further Management Changes with COO's Departure

Finalto, a multi-asset prime brokerage firm, has announced the departure of its Chief Operating Officer, Stanislav Bunimovich. This follows the earlier departure of CEO Matthew Maloney, signaling ongoing shifts within the company's leadership team.
Bunimovich, who was promoted to the COO role in 2021, had a long tenure with Finalto and its predecessor, CFH Clearing Ltd. He joined CFH Clearing in 2013 as a Technical Support Analyst and progressively advanced through the organization, holding positions such as Head of Client Services – Europe (2017) and Head of Client Services (2019).
These management changes come after Finalto was acquired by Hong Kong-based Gopher Investments in 2022. Finalto offers a range of services including prime brokerage solutions and fintech for various asset classes like FX, CFDs, and precious metals. The company has yet to release an official statement regarding Bunimovich's departure or any immediate plans for his replacement.
