Financial Veteran Ian Tyler Departed Gain Capital UK, Joining Dacxi

Fazzaco has learned that financial veteran Ian Tyler, one of independent non executive directors has departed Gain Capital UK’s board, and joined the crypto and digital asssets platform Dacxi.

It’s said that Gain Capital is reshaping its management and board team after the company’s 2020 acquisition by StoneX.

Ian Tyler was an independent non executive director appointed to the board of the UK regulated investment firm that forms part of Gain Capital, which is a global leader in online trading, during 2019 and 2021.

Ian Tyler is a retired partner, financial institutions treasury advisory in Deloitte in 2011-2015. He built up and led a professional team of prudential risk, treasury and ALM subject matter experts, with the goal of serving the treasury functions of financial institutions based in the UK and overseas. The team built net revenues up to £5 million within three years of starting from scratch.
