Arcadia Securities LLC has agreed to pay a $40,000 fine to settle charges brought by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) related to violations of minimum net capital requirements and supervisory deficiencies.

According to FINRA, the firm conducted a securities business on three days between October 2023 and February 2024 while failing to maintain the required minimum net capital. The regulator said this conduct violated Section 15(c)(3) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Exchange Act Rule 15c3-1, and FINRA Rules 4110(b)(1) and 2010.

FINRA also found that from October 2023 through March 2025, Arcadia did not establish, maintain, or enforce a supervisory system reasonably designed to ensure compliance with net capital requirements. The regulator said this constituted violations of FINRA Rules 3110 and 2010.

As part of the settlement, Arcadia has been censured and fined $40,000.

Arcadia Securities has been registered as a FINRA member since August 1998. The firm is headquartered in New York and operates four branch offices with 39 registered representatives.

The firm provides general securities services to both retail and institutional clients, including the sale of equities, corporate debt securities, and private placements, as well as underwriting activities.
