Fintech Judopay Partners with Mastercard to Promote Contactless Payment

UK-based payment provider Judopay yesterday announced that it has partnered with Mastercard, a leading global payments & technology company, to promote contactless payment.

With the partnership, the payment platform will be able to expand its presence in Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia and North America. Mastercard will help to strengthen the fintech’s network by giving it a direct access to the Mastercard Payment Gateway Service(MPGS) ecosystem.

As for the clients of Judopay, they will enjoy multiple benefits such as acquirer optionality and enhanced resiliency, as well as faster deployment and additional support when businesses are looking to expand internationally. 

In the early days of the pandemic, the two companies worked together to launch hygienic payments for pharmacies, enabling customers purchase their essentials online and receive them at home. For now, the pair are looking forward to providing more contactless payments to the businesses across the UK and abroad.
