Fiserv Finalizes Ondot Systems Acquisition

Fiserv, Inc., a global leader in payments and financial services technology solutions, announced that it has completed its acquisition of Ondot Systems, Inc. This is nearly forty days after Fiserv announced the definitive agreement on the transaction.
