Fiserv Promotes Guy Chiarello as Chief Operating Officer
The global leader in payments and financial technology Fiserv announced on Thursday that it has promoted Guy Chiarello as Chief Operating Officer, effective from June 24, 2021. Besides, Suzan Kereere and Adam Rosman will join the firm’s executive leadership team.
Before this promotion, Chiarello served as Chief Administrative Officer at Fiserv. And in his new position, he will continue to elevate the client experience, create a high-performance workplace and support the company’s focus on future growth. Additionally, Chiarello will remain with the responsibility for partnering with the company’s business leaders in the development and commercialization of the next generation of Fiserv solutions, according to Fiserv.
With profound expertise and spanning 37 - year experience in the financial industry, Chiarello held many positions in various eminent companies. He joined Fiserv in 2019. Previously, he was President of First Data Corporation from 2013 to 2019. Additionally, he has been with JP Morgan Chase as Chief Information Officer for over 5 years. He began his career at Morgan Stanley as Chief Information Officer in 1984.
Moreover, Suzan Kereere will join Fiserv as Chief Growth Officer on on July 6, 2021, and Adam Rosman as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer, effective July 26, 2021.
Shortly before, Fazzaco learned that Fiserv has partnered with Deutsche Bank to launch a joint venture in Germany.
