Fiserv Welcomes New Head of Global Business Solutions and Enterprise Growth Officer, Names Vice Chairman

Fiserv, Inc. (Fiserv), a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, announced yesterday that it has appointed Jennifer LaClair as its Head of Global Business Solutions and Rick Singh as its Enterprise Growth Officer, effective in 2024. Christopher M. Foskett will assume the role of Vice President.
Jennifer LaClair, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Fiserv, will lead the paytech firm's Global Business Solutions starting from January 1, 2024, succeeding Suzan Kereere who will depart for PayPal at the end of 2023.
Prior to Fiserv, LaClair had worked as Chief Financial Officer at Ally Financial, a leading digital financial services company, for five years. She previously had been with PNC Financial Services for over a decade, having held several leading roles including Chief Financial Officer of PNC Business and Head of Business Banking. LaClair's career started as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she managed the North America operations practice and specialized in strategy and business transformation for six years. She serves on the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and on the board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation.
Rick Singh will join Fiserv in mid-January 2024. In the new role of Enterprise Growth Officer, he will lead strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and ventures for Fiserv. Prior to Fiserv, Singh was a Managing Director responsible for portfolio management in U.S. Equities at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. He had previously held senior roles at a number of financial services companies, including 3G Capital, Karsch Capital and Standard Pacific. He began his career as a Merges and Acquisitions Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney, a leading U.S. investment bank and brokerage firm which is now part of Citigroup. Singh will also serve on the Management Committee of Fiserv in this newly created role.
Christopher M. Foskett, in his role as Vice Chairman, will continue to focus on deepening client relationships and driving client satisfaction across the organization. Most recently, Foskett served as Chief Revenue Officer with responsibility for driving revenue growth and client satisfaction and retention at the company. He also previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Fiserv after the merger with First Data Corporation. While at First Data, he held the positions of Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate and Business Development and Co-Head of Global Financial Solutions. Foskett also served as a Managing Director.

The paytech firm also announced several executive leadership changes this March, including Chief Human Resources Officer Jennifer Manchester, Head of EMEA Region Katia Karpova, Co-Head of Banking John Gibbons, and General Counsel Eric Nelson.
