FlexTrade Names Rajiv Shah as Head of Sales in EMEA for FlexOMS

FlexTrade Systems (FlexTrade), a global leader in high-performance multi-asset sell-side technology, has named Rajiv Shah as Head of Sales in EMEA for its sell-side OEMS, FlexOMS. In this newly created role, Rajiv will drive FlexTrade's business strategy and growth of the solutions to trading desks within EMEA.

FlexOMS, FlexTrade's end-to-end order management solution for sell-side institutions, is designed to boost trading efficiency by simplifying the complexities of today's trading workflows including order management, order entry, routing executions to market centers, tracking fills and positions.

With over 30 years of experience in financial technology, Rajiv has a proven track record in designing and executing sales and business growth strategies across the front and middle-office trading space within enterprise-grade software firms.

As seen on his LinkedIn profile, Rajiv had previously held role of Global Head of Sales at Cosaic, a US-based software developer, responsible for implementing processes covering pipeline management, pricing and quotation approvals as well as strengthening contractual templates, and scaling the team.

Prior to that, he had served at Fidessa, a financial firm that provides trading, investment and information solutions for the world's financial community, for nearly 20 years. Rajiv joined the company in November 2000 as a Project Manager, and in April 2013, he was promoted to Head of Sales, EMEA, from Head of Enterprise Services.
