FMA Warns Against GSF Asia Pacific for Offering Fake Pre-IPO Shares

The FMA recommends exercising caution when dealing with GSF as the regulator is concerned that GSF Asia Pacific (GSF) may be operating a scam via their website gsf-ap.com (the website).

FMA noted that it has received a report that the representatives of GSF have been cold-calling New Zealanders to offer Stripe pre-IPO shares. Stripe has not issued IPO and have warned about such pre-IPO offers on their website.
According to the regulator, GSF is not a registered company or a financial service provider in New Zealand.
