2f614c9f057fd75afc1bacf598abc4c.jpegFazzaco published an article titled "User Reported LaunchFXM for Committing Fraud" on June 28, revealing how the client "Ocean" was cheated when purchasing CRM.

The client "Ocean" wanted to purchase a CRM from LaunchFXM, so he talked with a person named Jeams on Skype. Jeams asked Ocean to pay in crypto currencey so that Ocean could enjoy higher discounts.

But after receiving the payment, Jeams refused to send the screenshot of the CRM project and continued to request Ocean to pay the remaining part.

Later, Ocean resort to LaunchFXM's customer service on its official website and WhatsApp for help but got no result. So Ocean reported the case to Fazzaco.

After communicating with Ocean, Fazzaco sent an email to support@launchfxm.com, and LaunchFXM's reply was shown below.

Also, LaunchFXM contacted with Fazzaco on Skype, claiming that Ocean was cheated by scammers rather than its employees.

Launchfxm stated that:

First, the person who contacted with Ocean on Skype was not an employee of LaunchFXM. The logo was marked with "official ID", which was different from the real LaunchFXM's logo;

Second, after searching LaunchFXM's mailbox, there was no record of mails sent to the client Ocean. Therefore, no employee had contacted with Ocean.

According to Launchfxm, Ocean was blocked on WhatsApp because Ocean refused to accept their explanation and kept arguing.

In order to help solve the dispute, Fazzaco added "Ocean" to a Skype groupt chat so that both parties could communicate with each other directly. Fazzaco played the role of a translator.

Ocean claimed that he was convinced because Jeams sent an email from support@launchfxm.com, the official website of LaunchFXM.

However, according to LaunchFXM, the email address could be falsified if the scammer owned an SMTP server.

Neither party could convince the other, so the dispute remained unsolved.

Later, Ocean decided to give up arguing, because he thought was a tough job to communicate with LaunchFXM due to language barriers.

Particularly, Ocean thanked Fazzaco for all the assistance and efforts in coodination.
