Former 26 Degrees & BDSwiss Exec Georgio Nikolaou Joins Klarpay as Sales and Partnerships VP

Fazzaco learned that leading fintech company Klarpay AG has selected Georgio Nikolaou to assume the role of Vice President of Sales and Partnerships. Authorised and regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), Klarpay delivers online businesses access to multi-currency IBAN accounts, global payment acceptance, and digital disbursement solutions.

Prior to the new role, Georgio served the fintech as Head of Partnerships. He joined in January 2023 as Partnerships Manager.

Before Klarpay, he served CFD broker 26 Degrees, as Associate Director, Prime Services. He worked closely with the CCO and CEO in the EMEA region to grow the business, with a focus on catering to clients needs and finding ways to maximize potential, analyze market situations.

Between January 2020 and August 2022, he was at BDSwiss, a leading financial group offering Forex and CFD investment services, initially as Senior Account Manager, then Sales Team Leader, and Regional Sales Manager - EMEA & LATAM eventually.

Previously, Georgio spent almost two years at FXCM, a leading provider of online FX and CFD trading, spread betting and related services.
