Former Trivepro, Pepperstone UK CEO Iain Rogers Joins OKX as Compliance Head

Longtime FX and CFDs industry executive Iain Rogers has joined cryptocurrency trading platform OKX as Head of Compliance for the EMEA region. Rogers has served as UK CEO for several global CFD brokers, including Admirals (2015-2017), Pepperstone (2017-2019), Trivepro (formerly GKFX Prime, 2019-2021), and Finveo (2021-2023). He departed Finveo following the firm's decision to relinquish its FCA license.

Prior to this move, Rogers was COO and Head of Digital Assets at Veax Labs, overseeing operations and growth for a DeFi swap and perpetual decentralized exchange trading platform.

Rogers announced the appointment on LinkedIn, stating, "I'm delighted to share that I've joined OKX as Head of Compliance, EMEA." He emphasized his belief that trust, operational excellence, and compliance should serve as genuine competitive advantages. Rogers noted that OKX is expanding rapidly from a crypto exchange into what it calls "The New Money App," actively shaping the next era of finance with AI tools and digital asset innovation.
