FXCM Sees Departure of Chief Information Officer Ryan Leonard

​Fazzaco learned that Ryan Leonard has ended his tenure as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at FXCM, a leading online forex trading and CFD broker.

Ryan has been part of the broker for more than 17 years. As seen on his Linkedin profile, before joining FXCM, he worked as Systems Administrator / Information Security Officer at Dandy Connections, Inc., where he spent for 8 months. Over the course of his career, Ryan also held various positions at companies like Pictometry International, Universal Supply Co. and The Datastore / Villanova University.

Also leaving FXCM after a very long tenure is Seth Lyons, brought in more than 12 years ago as Director of Production Engineering. He joinde the broker in May 2005 as Business Analyst.

According to Ryan, they will be joining forces to start a new independent IT/InfoSec consulting venture.
