Responsibilities:
Communicating to and educating customers regarding our products;

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions; Escalate issues to the appropriate international or local teams, to ensure the client's needs have been met;
Update clients' information and/or statuses accordingly, following their request;
Gather Customer Feedback and assist Company's growth;
Raise flags to appropriate departments, if recognizing a universal issue and/or a complex unresolved one; This can include customer concerns to the team leader and/ or other support teams the issue may be related to;

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role;
Futures or Futures prop experience will be ideal;
Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered as an advantage;
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field relating to the financial markets or the finance sector, will be considered as an advantage;
Excellent knowledge of English Language; Any other language will be considered as an advantage;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
A collaborative mindset and a readiness to help wherever needed;
A quick ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
Merkanti Bank Ltd - Risk Management Analyst - Saint Julian's, Malta
Merkanti Bank Ltd (formerly MFC Merchant Bank Ltd) is a credit institution licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority (Registration No: C31608) and is focused primarily on merchant banking services, factoring and general corporate banking services.
Responsibilities:
Preparing credit assessments for new and existing credit facilities including supporting financial analyses and risk recommendations;
Analysing financial reports and business plans in support of the Bank's new business portfolio development;
Ensuring that requests for new credit facilities fall within the Bank's risk appetite;
Keeping abreast with, compiling and analysing market based and industry specific information and developments;
Assisting with the monitoring of the Bank's investment portfolio;
Assist in the completion of periodic risk management reports;
Handling of ad hoc requests from Senior Management and external stakeholders;

Requirements:
A professional qualification in Banking, Finance or related areas;

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced MS Excel;
Fluent in both written and spoken business English and Maltese;
