FXMeridian Expands African Footprint with New Offices in Kenya and South Africa

FXMeridian, a global CFD trading platform, has announced the opening of new offices in Nairobi, Kenya, and Cape Town, South Africa, as part of its international expansion strategy. The Nairobi office, located on Dennis Pritt Road in the Kilimani district, will serve as a new regional hub.
Following what the company describes as a successful market entry and growth in the Middle East, FXMeridian is now focusing on the African continent. The decision to launch operations in Kenya and South Africa reflects the company's commitment to serving emerging markets. Kenya is noted as a financial and technological center in East Africa. Bobby Fischer, Director of African Market Development at FXMeridian, commented, "This is more than just a beginning to the African markets, it's a long-term investment for fintech growth across the continent." He added, "With a young, tech-savvy population and a booming interest in online financial services, this will be the perfect launchpad for our regional ambitions. We're excited to bring our tools, education, and trading infrastructure to a whole new audience."
FXMeridian, with over 15 years of experience in emerging market finance including strategic rollouts in the UAE, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, plans to focus on partnerships, user onboarding, and regulatory engagement in African regions. The new offices are designed to serve Kenya and South Africa, and also act as a regional command center for broader expansion into neighboring markets such as Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Nigeria. The company intends to scale its local presence through multilingual support, targeted educational campaigns, and community outreach aimed at promoting financial literacy and trading confidence.
Noah Baker, FXMeridian's CMO, stated, "Africa is one of the most exciting fintech markets in the world right now. We're seeing explosive growth in mobile finance, crypto adoption, and retail trading interest across the continent. Establishing a strong local presence in Kenya and South Africa is a strategic move to build long-term trust, deliver real value, and help unlock the continent's financial potential." Beyond these new locations, FXMeridian maintains operations in Dubai, Belgium, and Australia, and is exploring further expansion into Asia and Latin America, aiming to bring transparent, user-friendly trading services to underserved markets while adhering to regulatory standards.
