Well, in FX, CFD and cryptocurrency industry, over a dozen national companies have announced substantial hiring plans. Here's a look at who's hiring and what jobs they're offering.

1. Genesis—Financial Institutions Sales VP

The company is looking for a Financial Institutions Sales VP who will be responsible for increasing revenue for Genesis across its strategic banking, payments, insurance and pension fund partnerships through targeted outreach and networking. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Institutional Sales and will be a leader in driving revenue growth in the Americas.

2. FXSpotStream®—Associate Client Relationship Manager

FXSpotStream® ( FSS) provides a multibank FX and Precious Metals streaming Service supporting trading in FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDF/NDS and Precious Metals Spot and Swaps. 

The company is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Manager (RM) who will be responsible for onboarding clients onto the FSS service and further cultivating the relationship by remaining as the client's main point of contact. The RM will respond to client needs, educate clients about FSS's services, generally provide service excellence, and continuously seek opportunities to generate higher trade volume and improve the client experience.  

3. oneZero—Customer Success Manager

oneZero develops multi-asset class enterprise trading technology for retail brokers, wholesale brokers, banks and liquidity providers. 

The company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention. The CSM acts as a liaison for assigned clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring they are utilizing the company's product suite to best serve their business. The CSM is responsible in coordination with the Operations and Sales teams, for improving the onboarding process, specifically in the areas of client communications and expectation management.

4. eToro—Fraud Risk Analyst

eToro is the world's leading social trading network, providing millions of users from around the world a one-stop-shop solution for their trading and investing needs. 

The company is seeking a Fraud Risk Analyst who will need to be in charge of analyzing clients Money In, Money Out and Trading behavior and identifying high risk activity in the company's financial systems; monitor and manage alerts within Business's automated risk fraud monitoring system; develop and operate the company's risk management protocol, communicate with the banking and processing partners in an effort to reduce the company's risk of exposure to fraud (unauthorized use of cards/accounts, money laundering).

5. OANDA—Treasury Analyst

OANDA, a global leader in online multi-asset trading services, is looking for a Treasury Analyst who will report to the Director of Treasury and be responsible for all aspects of Treasury including assisting with the company's cash management, bank account management, cash forecasting, corporate FX hedging and investment policies and procedures. The Treasury Analyst is to ensure that an efficient banking structure and payment provider network is implemented to support the company's global operations. The Analyst will also be involved in various operational and strategic projects. 

6. Binance—Institutional Sales Associate

Binance is the global blockchain company behind the world's largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and users, serving a greater mission to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.

The company is looking for an experienced forex/ institutional sales professional or account manager from the traditional finance or crypto industry to spearhead the company's growth in this space and provide leadership to the sales team.

This role will leverage relationship development, process creation and management ability in order to educate, introduce and inspire new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals from a global market.

7. Stripe​—Onboarding Policy Strategist

Stripe, a major payment processing company, is looking for an Onboarding Policy Strategist who will ensure that Stripe's products comply with regulatory and financial partner requirements. In this role, you will partner closely with platform and experience engineers, product managers, as well as experts across Financial Crimes, Risk, Regulatory and Product Legal, Tax, and User Policy, to ensure that the company is able to compliantly achieve strategic business outcomes.
