FXSpotStream Records Total Trading Volume of $994 Billion in May 2021

Fazzaco learned that FXSpotStream, which provides a multibank Forex and precious metals streaming service, has posted its trading volumes for the month of May.
Total trading volumes for the company in May came in at $994 billion, which is up 31.1 percent compared to the same period last year. The average daily volume (ADV) fell by 2.8 percent to $47 billion in May compared to April 2021.
Fazzaco reported that, for April, FXSpotStream saw a total trading volume of $1.07 trillion. According to the April 2021 statistics, the ADV jumped by 43 percent to $48.7 billion compared to April 2020. However, the latest ADV numbers declined by nearly 11 percent compared to the figure recorded in March.
Additionally, the platform announced the additon of FX Algos and Allocation functionality, which will be offered over its API from the second quarter of this year. The company has appointed Yuta Inoguchi as Client Relationship Manager In Japan. This appointment came after its announcement of naming Rhys Bryan as EMEA Head of Sales and New Business.
