FXSpotStream Registers Record ADV in January 2024

FXSpotStream, an FX streaming aggregation service provider, kicked off the new year with strong performance, with the total Average Daily Volume (ADV) for January 2024 hitting a record.

The total ADV on the platform came in at $128.4 billion, almost doubling from December 2023​'s  $64.8 billion.

Specifically, Spot FX ADV for January reached $54.737 billion, an increase of 11.23 percent from the prior month and 21.59% on yearly basis. ADV across other products (NDFs and Swaps) stood at $73.645 billion, 13.64 percent higher over the previous month and surging 73.35 percent from the last same period.

Commenting on the figures, Tom San Pietro, FXSpotStream's CTO, said, "In 2023 we made the decision to focus on our core franchise and the roll out of our new tech stack for market data distribution. This resulted in increased wallet share from existing clients and meaningful new client acquisition. The FXSpotStream team saw the momentum in our business building toward the end of last year and could not be more pleased that this total team effort has culminated in a record month to kick off 2024".
