GCEX Appoints Stanislav Bunimovich as APAC Managing Director and Strategic Advisor

GCEX, a regulated digital prime broker, has announced the appointment of Stanislav Bunimovich, former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Finalto, as its Managing Director, APAC, and Strategic Adviser to CEO Lars Holst. Mr. Bunimovich will be based in Australia.

In his new role, Stanislav Bunimovich will lead the expansion of GCEX's presence across the Asia-Pacific region. His focus will include onboarding hedge funds, brokers, family offices, and professional traders under the firm's regulated entities in the UK, Denmark, and the Middle East (GC Exchange Ltd, GC Exchange A/S, and GC Exchange FZE). His remit also encompasses driving growth across GCEX's full product offering, with particular emphasis on scaling crypto-related services. He is also expected to leverage his experience in FX trade flow and trading platforms to benefit institutional clients.

Mr. Bunimovich brings over 12 years of experience from CFH/Finalto, where he rose to COO and Board Member, contributing to growth and developing technology-driven liquidity frameworks. At GCEX, he will collaborate with Founder and CEO Lars Holst to refine APAC growth strategies and expand the company's product suite.
