Genesis Global Announces Launch of Primary Bond Issuance Solution for Asset Managers

Genesis Global (Genesis), the low-code application development platform for financial markets, announced that it has launched a new solution to help asset managers aggregate new bond deal data, accelerate investment decision making, and streamline their process of requesting and receiving allocations.

Asset managers in the primary markets for corporate bonds have a limited timeframe of as little as two hours to analyze new bond deals and submit allocation requests. Genesis' customizable Primary Bond Issuance solution brings together deal data from various sources to provide asset managers with a comprehensive, real-time view of the market, allowing them to analyze and operate in a single platform for rapid decision making.

Primary Bond Issuance is built on the Genesis low-code application development platform and is configurable to accommodate user preferences for integrations and workflow design. The solution also features AI-driven handlers that can automatically process unstructured data, eliminating the need for investors to manually enter trading data via instant messaging or email.
