GenesisFX Markets Appoints Arkadiusz Bujalski as Head of Operations & Systems Automation

GenesisFX Markets Ltd, a global online trading broker, has announced the formal appointment of industry veteran Arkadiusz Bujalski as its new Head of Operations & Systems Automation. Arkadiusz brings over twelve years of specialized operations, governance, and technical architecture experience within the global CFD and FX brokerage sectors.

In his new capacity, Arkadiusz will spearhead the design, oversight, and complete optimization of GenesisFX Markets' operational systems, workflows, and technical infrastructure. His extensive dual background in structural management and data engineering will bridge the gap between compliance frameworks and commercial efficiency.

Arkadiusz's scope of responsibilities at GenesisFX Markets includes:

· Core Operational Infrastructure Management: Directing daily back-office workflows, optimizing payment routing networks, overseeing global partner servicing setups, and refining advanced user registration and client verification logic.

· CRM & Lifecycle Control: Structuring the end-to-end client lifecycle flow within the firm's central CRM systems to ensure rigorous account tracking and operational data health.

· Partner & IB Architecture Support: Enhancing multi-tier Introducing Broker (IB) tracking mechanisms and commission payout systems.

· Workflow Automation & Technical Reviews: Continuously evaluating the efficiency of the firm's front-end and back-end platforms, APIs, and trading modules.

· Advanced Analytics & Risk Detection: Designing and managing scalable data pipelines and external data warehouses, utilizing Python and SQL frameworks to implement automated risk, fraud, and abuser detection models.

Prior to joining GenesisFX Markets, Arkadiusz served as a technical architect and operational leader for Zarvista Capital Markets. Over his distinguished career, he has held key leadership positions at prominent global brokerage brands. He served as Head of Customer Support for BUX's Stryk CFDs brand, where he engineered cross-functional support procedures and optimized institutional KPIs. Before his tenure at BUX, he spent five years at FxPro as a Customer Support Supervisor, managing complex departmental workflows and retail trader journey diagnostics. His earlier foundational experience includes roles in client onboarding, regulatory KYC/AML compliance, and account lifecycle management at Safecap Investments (Markets.com), XTrade, IronFX, and UFXMarkets.
