Giesecke+Devrient promotes Gabrielle Bugat to group management team

Giesecke+Devrient (G+D), an Munich-based international group providing security technology, announced it has appointed Gabrielle Bugat as a new member of the G+D Group management team. 

In her new role, Ms. Bugat will oversee the further expansion of the digital business around secure digital payment solutions as well as G+D's smart card and associated services business, operations and R&D.

As seen on her LinkedIn profile, Ms. Bugat joined G+D in Feb. 2017 as Head of Sales and Marketing, Financial Services. Before she was promoted to the management team, Ms. Bugat was Head of Secure Transactions. Prior to joining G+D, she was Member of the Board of Directors at MINES ParisTech and Gemalto SA. Ms. Bugat spent over 15 years working at Thales, the global leader in digital identity & security.
