Global Market Index Limited (GMI), a leading online FX trading platform, has Appointed Jason Leong as Business Development Team Leader.

As seen on his Linkedin profile, Leong joins GMI as a self-employed Director of Business Development in September 2021, when he ended his four years at ForexTime where his latest role was Regional Business Development Manager. Prior to ForexTime, Leong was a wireless engineer at Huawei Technologies, a Chinese multinational technology corporation. During the tenure, he gained the Certificate of Huawei Certified Internetwork Expert (R&S) (Written) . He had also held roles at several companies in Singapore and Malaysia.

Leong earned his Master of Business Administration from University of Sunderland, and had studied computer and communication engineering in National University of Malaysia. In 2017, he had passed the Basic Examination of Financial Services Regulatory Framework held by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC).
