Global Regulators Warn Against 213 Companies

Global regualtors issue alerts and warnings about firms which are not authorized to provide investment services in the jurisdiction which issued the alert or warning. Some of the alerts or warnings are about unauthorized firms using names similar to those of authorized firms or about unauthorized firms falsely claiming to be associated with authorized firms.

The alerts and warnings included in the attached list are summarized by Fazzaco. The information is provided by regulators on a voluntary basis. This is not a complete list of all alerts and warnings from all regulators. 

One common method among various means of fraud by fraudulent brokerage firms is to make a complete clone of authorized firm under supervison of regualtors. For example, Lending Expert is a firm warned by FCA which is not authorized to provide investment services in the UK.

On the website of Lending Expert, the company claims that they are registered with the FCA (734116). However, when we search by entering the name "Lending Expert" on the webiste of FCA. We can see that FCA is warning investors in the UK of this unauthorized firm. 

Therefore, we kindly warn investors that please be caution of unauthorized brokerage firms.
