Global Solutions Operations Acquires MyForexFunds Brand

Global Solutions Operations FZE has acquired the MyForexFunds brand from Traders Global Group Inc., including its trademarks, domain, websites and official social media accounts. The deal transfers the MyForexFunds and MFF trademarks, logos and other brand assets to Global Solutions.

The company is not currently offering products or services under the MyForexFunds brand but said an update is expected in the coming weeks.

Global Solutions will also administer the remaining phases of Traders Global's discretionary rewards programme for traders whose accounts were affected in August 2023. The programme remains the responsibility of Traders Global, which retains discretion over all determinations. Global Solutions is administering it under a separate services agreement.

Global Solutions CEO Haider Raza said that MyForexFunds is one of the most recognized names in the proprietary trading space and that this recognition is what the company has acquired. He added that its first order of business is completing the discretionary rewards programme on behalf of Traders Global, and that Global Solutions is in discussions with members of the original MyForexFunds operations team about joining the company because those members bring experience no one else has.

Traders Global CEO Murtuza Kazmi said that the traders have been patient for more than three years and that completing the process remains Traders Global's priority. He added that placing the administration with the team that now owns the brand is the most direct way to finish it, and that MyForexFunds is a brand worth building on and belongs with a team that can do that.

Traders with pending submissions under the rewards programme have been instructed to continue using the existing communication and submission channels.
