GMO Financial’s Subsidiary Applies to List on the Stock Exchange of Thailand

The Japanese financial services company GMO Financial Holdings announced that its consolidated subsidiary GMO-Z com Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited has applied to list its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
GMO-Z com Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, which offers online securities trading services in Thailand since November 2017, has become number three in the industry in terms of the balance of margin transactions in the country that the company has focused on. The consumer base continues to grow, and the overall business has seen steady growth.
GMO-Z com Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited has applied to list its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the purpose of accelerating growth, expanding its business operations, and raising overall corporate value by enhancing the company's ability to procure funding and the public confidence in the organization through the listing on the stock market.
GMO Financial Holdings is a subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate GMO Internet Group. GMO group is present in many sectors of the financial market. Earlier this year, GMO Internet Group announced that it will partner with Klaytn Foundation to explore blockchain business synergies on Klaytn, a blockchain initiative by the Kakao Group.
