In a strategic move to enhance its operations, fintech company GTN Middle East has announced the appointment of Zaid Aloul as Chief Commercial Officer. This decision aligns with the company's objective of driving commercial strategy and expansion across the Middle East and beyond. As CCO, Zaid will oversee crucial commercial activities, including launching new products, broadening asset classes, and increasing GTN's market share in a competitive landscape.

Zaid Aloul has been with GTN since 2019, initially serving as Senior VP - Head of Institutional Sales. He brings over nine years of experience from Bahrain-based broker Mubasher Capital to his new role. Expressing his excitement about this promotion, Zaid stated, "I'm very honoured to lead GTN's commercial activities in the Middle East. This role aligns sales growth with our broader group vision to strengthen our status as a fintech pioneer." He emphasized the importance of innovation in the financial sector and his commitment to enhancing client experiences through cutting-edge solutions.

Damian Bunce, CEO of GTN Middle East, commented on Zaid's appointment, calling it well-deserved and a recognition of his significant impact within the company and the industry at large. "Zaid is a veteran in the brokerage and wealth management sectors in the GCC and the Levant," Bunce said. He acknowledged Zaid's extensive client relationships and deep insights into the regional market as critical assets for GTN's future growth. With this appointment, GTN aims to solidify its position as a leader in the fintech space while continuing to build robust relationships with clients and partners.
