Hayel Abu-Hamdan Appointed as Chief Business Officer at INFINOX

​Experienced FX and CFDs industry executive Hayel Abu-Hamdan has joined INFINOX as its new Chief Business Officer. Abu-Hamdan brings over 14 years of experience from his tenure at Hantec Markets, where he served in roles including COO and Chief Commercial Officer across the firm's London and Dubai offices, and helped establish its institutional arm, Hantec Prime. He most recently served as CCO at HFM in Dubai before departing late last year.

The appointment comes amid a period of management transition at INFINOX. This follows the company's 2024 acquisition by an investor group led by former StoneX executive Marc Joppeck, and the group's subsequent acquisition of online broker Skilling in 2025. Earlier this month, INFINOX CEO Lee Holmes stepped down to lead the group's IXO Prime B2B division.

The broker has also recently strengthened its commercial team with the hire of Tiago da Costa Cardoso, another former HFM executive based in Dubai, as Commercial Director.
