Hex Trust, Centroid Solutions, LMAX Group and Other Four Companies Are Hiring Now

The wave of job cuts swept through the banking sector again this week.

Deutsche Bank​ is reportedly planning to cut 10% of the 17,000 workforce in its German retail business unit over the coming few years, as part of its cost savings strategy. Goldman Sachs, a Wall Street Giant, is also set to cut around 125 managing directors across its global operations. This includes some managing directors working in Goldman's investment banking division, and the layoffs are currently ongoing.

UBS​, which has just completed the acquisition of Credit Suisse​, announced it plans to cut more than half of Credit Suisse's workforce from next month. UBS intends to eventually reduce the total combined headcount by about 30%, or 35,000 people, with headcount at Credit Suisse currently at about 45,000, the report said, citing people familiar with the matter.

Additionally, in the current economic downturn, some brokers have also carried out layoffs to reduce cost pressures. Robinhood Markets revealed its layoff plan on Monday as it has struggled with a contracting customer base concerned about the higher cost of commodities.

The current employment environment is far from ideal. • Understanding of the cost management framework and how to connect it with a systematic AP process and experience leading complex projects end to end involving multiple stakeholders;
