HSBC Hong Kong Launches Business Management API Platform for SMEs

HSBC Hong Kong officially launched its business management API platform, HSBC Smart Solution, which is designed for SMEs in the region.

The platform integrates HSBC Business Internet Banking(BIB) platform instant bank account data with multiple third party business management applications through APIs, providing a single cloud platform that enables SMEs to obtain latest insights into their cashflow and business health status, automate daily workflows, and streamline operations. 

Additionally, HSBC Smart Solution also combined with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, a comprehensive business management solution provided by Microsoft, helping small to medium-sized businesses streamline processes, make smarter decisions and accelerate growth.

The clients of HSBC BIB will now be able to log on to the platform with their existing BIB user name and password.

Furthermore, the bank will devote to develop new capabilities and integrate with various third party applications in the future in a bid to support other operational needs.
