IC Markets Names Andrea Faleburle as Head of Marketing

IC Markets​, an Australian-based online retail forex and contract for difference (CFD) broker, has promoted Andrea Faleburle to Head of Marketing.

After having worked for IC Markets for more than two years, joining at the beginning of 2018 as Head of Digital Marketing, Faleburle has been overseeing the global marketing operations at IC Markets since November of last year, but officially accepted the role of Head of Marketing last week.

In his new role, Faleburle will be in charge of the marketing team across IC Markets's offices and his main responsibility will be to facilitate their job. In recent months, the marketing team has increased its numbers and skillsets.

IC Markets to expand reach across marketing channels

This will allow IC Markets to work on multiple projects and expand its reach across several different marketing channels. IC Markets also plans to experiment more in terms of content and value offered to its clients.

Speaking on his new role, Faleburle said: "I have been with IC Markets for two and half years now, and despite the spectacular growth I have witnessed, the most gratifying aspect of my work has been the amazing response we constantly had from our traders. 

"As a marketer, when all your marketing messages align perfectly with the internal culture, the level of service offered, and overall the product you are promoting, you know you are part of something unique. When I was offered the position, besides being honoured, it came very naturally to me to accept it, and now I am looking forward to all the exciting projects ahead of us."

Faleburle has been working in the marketing field for more than a decade, commencing his career in the industry back in 2008. During this time, he has held a number of roles, such as Marketing Manager at Criniti's and Digital Marketing Consultant at Marketing 8 Fortune, among others.
